@O T Ugh I’m sorry I don’t think Thailand is one of the more lenient countries. You can always try but you’ll need to have a ton of proof to show this will infact just be a visit which is very hard to provide :( What’s your PD for the I-130?

@Kristen B what countries do you think is easer for processing tge B/B1 visa?

Well I’m Canadian so Everytime I cross the border I get a B1 visa. It’s always worth it to check :)
