Like you said, there's no precise service center assigned for I-134A case.
Instead, it is believed to be handled by #USCIS internally because this kind of online application doesn't go to specific service centers for it review. That is why a USCIS notice just indicates USCIS HQ as its location, rather than specifying an address of a USCIS service center.
For now, the app recently has added USCIS HQ (although technically it is not a service center) as another option in order to prevent I-134A users from choosing #National #Benefits #Center. We'll gradually update more info as USCIS provides more detailed instructions about their review process of 1-134A applications. Hope this helps.

hello folks I need your honest comments, my mother is in her dying bed about to pass away , I haven’t seen her for 8 years and I have approved I-130 , and I-485 filed , fingerprinted , my case status is “we are actively reviewing your case”, I called uscis to make an appointment for emergency advance parole but they can’t help me because I’m also on deportation proceeding so I have to make my application to ICE and I don’t know how to do it or how long it will take , I don’t have time for that , if I exit the country to see my mother will I be able to come back or am I going to self deport myself , if I do self deport , will I be able to waive the ban using my approved I-130 ?
Emergency Advanced Parole
Has anyone here had to apply for emergency advance parole? Or have an advice on applying while waiting on USCIS?What are the chances of it getting approved fast? We applied with the help of our attorney concurrently for the I-130, I-485,I-131 & I-765. We have already done biometrics. We just recently responded to RFE for I-693. Unfortunately, we got a call tonight that my Father in Law is not doing well and was taken to the hospital. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
