RFE I-864
Hello,
I recently got a RFE for my medical and I-864.
My husband wasn’t working the whole time in the last 3 years because he was in and out the country because of family. So his last tax returns don’t show a lot.
He recently started working again and we’re living together with his brother. So if we put him as a household member they’re income together should be around $3,000 above the poverty guideline for a house hold of 3.
Do you think we’re good? Did anyone experience the same?

highly recommend getting a joint sponsor, can be a family member that makes $22,000 or more I believe.

But both together are getting a total of 34,000 and the guideline states at least 31,000 for a household of 3
