I filed 360 amd 486 together june 2020 360 approved September 2022 Since then silence i sent. Enquiry no reply yet I did not even receive rfe for medical as well yet Kindly give me number where can I contact uscis The automated system said my 485 is at the NBC..i want to talk to any live agent

@Crying Angel , did you tried the USCIS national Customer service Center at 1-800-375-5283 ? or USCIS CASE OUTSIDE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME on their Web ?

@Crying Angel, in some cases after 360 approved it takes 2 to 5 months to receive RFE. just be patient you gonna receive soon. We'll understand how frustrating the entire process is.

Yes i called them they don’t transfer me to live agent at all…its been 1 year they approve my i360 it was in September 2022

@Crying Angel, You can go on their web and submit a service request on CASE OUTSIDE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME tool, they gonna respond to you within 24 to 48 hours. I did that and the responded to me directly from the Field office of My location.

my medical was received in April 19th, since then case remains pending. when my lawyer did a service request to Vermont last month, they asked my lawyer to contact to NBC. Another email was sent to NBC 2 weeks ago, no update yet. my lawyer said sometimes it takes 6 months or more

@Nick A , go on their website click on Menu, and click on Tools, click on uscis tools and resources, click on E-request, click on CASE OUTSIDE NORMALLY PROCESSING TIME , it will navigate you to a page, Put in your receipt number it will automatically brings out the initial submited date of your Case and your case type(Case Category), fill out all the required information and make sure you put your comment on the last action of your Case, then click submit, they will respond to you within 24 to 48 Hours. like I said when I did mine they responded to Me within 24 hours

I did that no reply yet…just today I contacted the congressman and submitted the form now lets see what awnser i get from him

@Nick A , their response depends on your Case. On mine they said they are working on it. Some applicants receive different response

@ mr uscis blog i really hope they just ask us for medical and wave the interview it will save us some time of waiting and waiting When vawa was approved they put me in deffered action which valid for 15 months and it 12 month has already passed should i ask my lawyer to extend it ?

@Nick A , @Crying Angel there was not interview at all. After the Response to the RFE medical I just saw that it changed to New card is been produced. IT was initially at Vermont office and transferred to Brooklyn field office.

@Nick A no notification, but I think I called them that time and I was told it’s been transferred to Brooklyn field office.
