Interview Scheduled
After 3 years and 10 months for my application, I finally got an update that an interview has been scheduled.
I was expecting letter of approval, NVC processing before embassy visa schedule.
Right now am waiting for USCIS mail regarding the interview.
Has anyone gotten such message?
My wife lives in Nigeria and this type of interview schedule is common with couples who are already living in the US

that is weird, it looks like they are calling you for an interview in the i130, but this can happen only if you both live in the country, you might made the mistake of no putting in the i130 that it was a consular process!

@Alina li It’s not a mistake…it happens when they have questions around the petitioner’s immigration history

They didn’t indicate. But letter is coming today. God’s grace everything goes well.

the interview is scheduled for me. I have come with all the originals of the docu previously submitted.
am very confused about it.
my wife is feeling very sad because it’s not following the normal process

It was actually an error, they thought my wife was already here. Howeever, they went ahead and interviewed me, and approved my application. it will be send to NVC for consulate scheduling by God’s grace. keep praying for succ

Finally my I130 has been approved after the interview. Thanks guys. My question is what comes next
