congressman inquiry response
We received the following update from USCIS:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. Our records indicate we received a response to our request for evidence, and processing has resumed on this case. A review indicates your constituent's application has been identified as a potential interview waiver application and is currently undergoing normal processing at the NBC prior to field office review. As an interview may not be required, your constituent's application may be sent to a field office, other than your local office, for final adjudication. Once further action is taken, your constituent will receive notice at the address of record.
They confirmed that you fulfilled their request for evidence and they are reviewing that currently. Also, they might not give you an interview after all. This would mean they make a decision without conducting an interview. Please keep me updated. We are happy to support you if there are any issues.

@ what's your FO?, I'm beginning to think it's depends on the state your in, my FO is in Atlanta, I got approved without an interview, I also file my application without a lawyer the whole process took 7 months

@Jason jacc It was updated to receive and that they will start working on my case again. It then changed to actively reviewed the same day I did my biometrics which was like a month after.
