Case transferred
my case was transferred, is that a bad thing? it was on texas as initially but now it’s in vermont, i found out through emma.

@breezy k That's why I told you to check because it could go both ways. Had it transferred to your field office then that I think would be better 🙄. Atleast you not at NBC like I am😭

@breezy k It’s annoying I get it but sadly there is nothing you can do about it. I am also at Vermont. Current processing time is 15 months but many people see a decision around 12 so fingers crossed! 🤞

here’s my question does the time start over once your case get transferred or no cause I read that it doesn’t change like your not gonn be start from day 1

Hahahahahahaha @breezy k its funny that U are getting angry over being transferred to Vermont. I am in NBC & the processing time there increased from 50 to 53 months for I-130, my field office is Queens the processing time there decreased from 32.5 months to 31.5 months for I-485.
