Case status: At NVC
Does anyone have experienced this kind of situation? Back in December/2022 I received a letter saying that all the submitted documentation was ok and the next step should be the consulate interview. My PD is Dec/20 and I've never gotten any other letter or communication from them. I'm working remotely for my sponsor from Brazil

You were DQd, OK. You haven't received the interview letter yet because your PD isn't current. Maybe next year in October.

Everything is fine. You'll only have to wait till your priority date is current before you are scheduled for interview.
