It would be the date that USCIS acknowledge receipt of the submission of your VAWA I360 application. So if you look at that receipt which would be the initial one you will see the date

they dont mention priority date on receipt notice, I dont have any on mine

it will technically be the date they received your application

Your priority date is the date USCIS acknowledges receipt of your application and sends you a receipt notice that gives you your Case Number (MSC, LIN, IOE, etc) for your i-130, i-360, or whatever case you filed initially. It's called Form I-797C, Notice of Action. It will state "We received your form and are currently processing the above case."

@Gill Bates what happens if your priority date passed already. my priority date is Feb 17 2017. it was writing on my i360 approval notice. so I guess they moved it from my i130 before I switched to VAWA.

@manny pop Means you are presently eligible for adjustment of status, at USCIS discretion and time.

@Gill Bates so if i watch out for the visa bulletin , how do i know mine is current? will it the be the date USCIS received my application?? is that the date that will be on the visa bulletin? Sorry , Gill please bear with me . Because i have been trying to really know my priority day . my abuser and i had my 130 interview 2 months ago , but my attorney rescheduled. he filed since 2018 . LPr . so where my priority date stands in this situation?
