IR1 Interview Update Anyone? Mexico?

Hey Peeps! does anyone have any updates on IR1 visa interviews in Mexico Ciudad Juarez? Any news on any interviews? im still waiting for my wife’s interview letter 😭😭😭😭 its been 4 months now haven’t heard from NVC they said 3 months and nothing yet 😞😞

I recently used my advanced parole to go to Jamaica for a week. Coming back through the Atl airport was a breeze, I was not questioned, just document stamped and that was it.

Which delivery service?

I think using USPS Express Mail with Signature made my medical RFE somewhere in the building. I am gonna send another one because. it’s been almost 1 month and I have no option of uploading my RFE online. Which is the best way to send medical RFE? USPS with just tracking? FedEx with just tracking or UPS with just tracking? I heard USCIS does not like signature requirements and it’s just better to have trackings. Is this true? It’s final countdown for me and I want to get it done as soon as. I can. Please give me recommendations from your experience! Thank you!
