ombudsman response. has anyone gotten this?

Sharing my timeline for those still waiting. My I-140 was filed in April 2023 and approved in 3 days with premium processing. My I-485 was filed with my medical in June 2023, no interview, and status changed today to “new card being produced.” Good luck everyone! #I485 #EBI-3 #L1A #EB1C #AOS

USCIS Confusing Me
I got an update that my Medical RFE for i485 was received on April 25, 2023. While waiting for decision, I got a new update again months later that “Response received on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 2:40 p.m. CDT. We will review the evidence.”. Which one should I believe? It’s 4 months already that I sent in the RFE.

this is a C09 and I’m still here without EAD and advance parole. I tried everything to contact them at Vermont center, nothing at all. what do you guys suggest ?
