Waiting for Ead card
Me and my wife, both did a biometrics on May, 8 2023 and it's been already 3 month. My wife is a main applicant. I have a job offer in hand so I am losing my patience everyday when will they approve our Ead card. I just wanna know everyone's case how long did it took for you guys to get your ead card.

Interview Waived?
My PD December 2022
I currently live in Georgia.
I submitted I-360 (as a widow), I-765 (C31 category) and I-485 in December 2022. There are no approval of I-360 and I-765 yet.
A couple of month ago, I believe, USCIS transferred my cases to Boston from National Benefit Center.
Last month, I received medical RFE and mailed it out to Boston. It’s been 3 weeks since it was delivered, yet there is no confirmation from Boston Office that they received it.
I think it’s almost to the finish line of this process.
Do you think my interview will be waived knowing I am a widow to U.S. citizen, my cases are at non local field office and they asked me to send medical RFE to Boston?
What do you think? There are no confirmation that my interview was waived so far.
i765 expedition request
I submitted my i765 expedition request in June. they responded about 3 days later requesting evidence for request. I sent in a letter explaining my reasons for the request but has not heard back anything since June. I tried contacting them and I only got an automated email saying that they are reviewing my request. what should I do?
I 485 case remain pending.
I had my case showing fingerprint taken since May, got my EAD card last week and today the I-485 is pending. a I485J was submitted and approved a long time ago. PD is may 2023 and current. anyone in this case?
