Public Charge
My lawyers submitted the I-485 while mistakenly answering “No” to question 61: Are you subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility under INA section 212(a)(4)?
Do you think that this can result in my I-485 getting rejected?

@Sa O The public charge ground of inadmissibility will generally apply to all applicants for adjustment of status unless they are specifically exempt from the public charge ground of inadmissibility.
