this is a C09 and I’m still here without EAD and advance parole. I tried everything to contact them at Vermont center, nothing at all. what do you guys suggest ?

Vawa interview.. still no card.
After 4 years of my I-485 processing.. I was sent a letter for an interview June 23rd. My lawyer and I went for the interview and it went well according for my lawyer and the officer it was a good interview. The officer didn’t ask me much questions. All the evidence that wasn’t in my file I brought with me. After my interview my the officer said if I don’t hear back from her in a week the application was approved and the card will be sent in about 2 weeks. We waited a week and we didn’t receive any e-mail or call from the officer. it’s been almost 2 months already and haven’t received an approval notice or the card. My work permit based off the I-485 is still processing for almost a year. I lost my job and unable to work because every job opportunity I get ask for my approval notice or the actual card. This is so stressful because I lost everything in a month.. All I want is this approval letter so I can work. I’m loosing my faith and my mind. I don’t know how much longer I can wait. I wanna give up badly.
USCIS APPROVED! Now onto the NVC Portion
Finalllyyyyy!! got our USCIS Approval and have now moved onto the NVC. Does anyone have any experience to share on how long it took them to get their welcome letter from the NVC/how long in total it took to finish the NVC portion for an application from spouse outside US?

So after the F2A Priority Date retrogression, I am more desperate than ever for my i-131 AP to be approved so I can travel to see my family. It has been 6 months. Are they actually approving APs?
Anybody have any timelines from NBC for i-131 Advance Paroles?

Biometrics not updated.
Hey guys! My wife got her biometrics taken around 10 months ago but the case status has not been updated ever since. Biometrics show "scheduled" and that's it. Overall status shows "case is actively been reviewed". Do somebody have a similar experience?

work green card
so my husband is going on almost a year of wait for his work green card to be approved , he’s had his social and travel permit for over a year , other people in his job has gotten it before him , some of them apply after him and already got it . I have made the complaint on USCIS site asking for some sort of explanation and there’s no explanation. it’s been a waiting game . Is there any other resources I can reach to try to speed up his process? or at least ask questions so we can have an ideia of a time line ? according to USCIS site his green card should’ve been approved a long time ago . What should we do? Thanks

am I almost there? getting very depressed because I don’t even have the EAD, can’t work, lost nearly half my savings, lost my job after OPT expired, feeling generally very down, numb, tired 😞😞😞

I haven’t receive any update since the biometrics, how long usually takes to hear anything back ?
ps: I didn’t send the medical exam.
