NVC - welcome letter
hello guys, this is so strange. I have applied for my parents IR5, they both got their I130 approved on the same day and time from TSC. I have received the welcome letter from NVC from one of them and not for the other. I reached out to NVC and they said they have not received the other petition from UscIs. how is this possible?
