I’ve been waiting for our RFIE letter for 17 days now. It states that if we didn’t receive it by 8/15 to request another copy, I did that. I got an email yesterday telling me it could take 30 days to review my request. Whapt if we miss the deadline because we don’t even know what it is? I’m so stressed and emotional.

my husband had his interview today for the cr1 visa, he was denied. the officer who did the interview said its because he had to wives at the same time. back in 2015 he got an annulment from his wife. we were then told that we have to get it changed to a divorce. we weren't able to get it changed until 2019. the interviewing officer told him that he was technically married this whole time to his first wife. I'm going to be calling the lawyer today to see what we can do.

my husbands AOS got denied a while ago. we filed ourselves and kinda didn’t know what to do which lead to late paperwork and denial . we filed again with an immigration attorney now. I was just wondering does anyone know if he has to do the biometrics again? he did do them for the other AOS. He came to the U.s through K1 fiancé. so he did his biometrics for his interview.
