Has anyone travelled successfully from their home county into the US through TPS advanced parole document? I am currently on f1 post completed opt and TPS simultaneously. I want to travel to Nepal but want to make sure no issues in the port of entry when I come back. Any anyone share their experience in traveling with TPS advance parole? #tps #f1opt #advanceparole

one of parent I-130 petition approved on last week but no update yet I-485, is this usual? I see most of parent application for I-130 and I-485 are approving in same time frame. any one have similar experience ?

Sending twice the medical and transferred through 3 service centers. The timeline showcases the total inaptitude of USCIS and chaotic situations inside the agency. if your I130 is approved and you received an rfe medical for i485: this is once uscis confirmed “response to rfe received”

how long does the biometric last for, I did mine October 2021, will they reuse it for my renewal EAD ?

Actively Reviewing Case

November 2022, my wife submitted my I-130 on my behalf. Dec 2022, I received a messaged stating that USCIS was actively reviewing my case. I just assumed that they gave me the recognition that they received my case and I did not hear anything after that. WELLLLL… Today Oct 9, 2023 I received the same notification that someone is actively reviewing my case. Does this mean the ball is rolling?
