I got approved i485 ! but my i130 still under review, I didn’t send any evidence! only my medical exam , I was waiting for a RFE , no interview! anything,, I hope you get your approval very soon 🙌🏼

@monica r I-130 doesn't need your medical examination. Didn't your petitioner file with his documents like Tax, birth & marriage certificate, identification card "Driver’s License or State identity"? In fact, Proof of Bona-fide Marriage is what U should upload on I-130.

@monica r your medical is for I-485. Also, let your petitioner check his account, the approval may be there.

I was trying but it didn't get upload however my i485 got approve tje next day.(yesterday)

@ monica r check your husband case status online under document maybe the aproval is there. on mine it sat under review and in my husband it say under review but under his documentation the i130 approval was there.

@JENNIE . yes I got approved my i485 2 days ago but still in my husband account the i130 still under review, but like I said we didn’t send any bonafide marriage, only de medical exam and marriage certificate at the beginning, and I got approved that’s why I was waiting for a RFE , but not , they only approved my i485 , idont know…

@monica r upload your husband's tax documents, yours & his identity cards/driver's license showing sane address, his birth certificate or naturalization papers, Joint bank statement, Utility bills etc.

i got three emails uscis taken action on my case but it doesn’t show up! I’ll wait

@monica r Uscis cannot approve i485 without i130, i130 is approved and the status will change by tomorrow, please do not upload any evidence under i130 document section.

Same boat. I130 was approved more than 2 months ago, 485 still pending. Uploaded 130 approval notice to 485 case’s evidence tab a few weeks ago, nothing happened.
