hey., i filed vawa in September 2020 i am still waiting is there anyone here the same month or from 2020 year because i can see here from aug 2021 and some cases from 2021 are getting approved.., so what about us like those are waiting from 2020.., is there anyway we can talk to them or anything

I’m also from September 2020 and was approved end of June 2023. you have to write to them at Vermont Humanitarian division to ask about your case or go through your congressperson

on last Friday, I asked from my area ‘senator to help me, I didn’t put any humanitarian reason, just said I am waiting 34 months and didn’t get any update yet . Do you think that can help me to get an update from them ?
