How Soon After Deadline for Medical RFE does USCIS Issue I-485 Denial Because They Can’t Locate Missing Medical RFE?

How soon after deadline of medical RFE does USCIS issue I-485 denial letter because of missing medical RFE?
How often does this kind of denial happen although applicants send their medical RFE before the deadline?
Please give me some insights!

Hi all,
Last week I got a notice saying an action was taken on my case after asking you guys yay let me know to check the documents area and I saw my works permit was approved. The following day I got 3 emails saying an action was taken again but when I looked in the documents nothing new.
my question is should I be expecting a combo card even though all I saw was approved for works permit?
has anyone ever got 3 messages about action being taken and nothing shows when you log in?

Our I-130 got approved today !!! and the approval notice said that we should submit a copy of the notice with the form I-485 wich we already submitted at the beginning with the I-130, my question is can I submit this notice ln my i-485 online? pls lmk guys I would appreciated it 🙏🏻

We understand you are concerned about the delayed processing for your pending Form I-485; however, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) systems indicate that the underlying immigrant petition filed on your behalf remains pending. USCIS cannot adjudicate your Form I-485 until the underlying immigrant petition is approved, an immigrant visa number is available per the Department of State’s Visa Bulletin, and your Form I-485 is pending outside published processing times. Therefore, we are closing this request for case assistance.
I guess that’s it, my hope is lost.
