Hi, long shot,I really need help, my sister turn in our dad case on 12/03/2012 and on 05/29/2015 NVC request submit form Afficant of Financial i think. but for some reason she dont know what to do and keep paying everyyear to extend. and she just got a lawyer help her submit the form in, and lawyer turn it in on 08/17/2023 . Should i wait for the NVC review it or should we cancel the case and open the new case for my dad? thanks so much

news.....now I would like to know if anyone Have any of you had experience with an ombudsman and how did it go?

What happen if i put my personal gmail in my case (NVC CEAC PAGE) as the principal aplicant (i am) and i am a minor (15 years)?
My lawyer said that the kids can't modificate this page because it can destroy my case or make it take longer i i am young, but i know what i am doing. This is a error? I need to quit it?
(I put my gmail in my sisters case as Third Party User too)

first mail was sent by non local field office and then second mail received from NBC Lee summit
both has same appointment details
which form with the details to be filed in FO or NBC. Does that make any difference. asking because application center they sign in the form and stamp date. their would be identification as to where the form was sent from
in this case who will be doing final adjudication Non FO or NBC or just the case will be updated with biometrics and adjudication will eventually happen.
just want to understand so can submit the form with right choice. End of day it’s waiting game

some people get approved immediately within few days but I don’t understand what’s goin on :(
