I-212 Transferred on August 24
so my husband case was transferred to NBC in the letter it says preliminary review was completed and they transfer so they can schedule my husband interview hoping this is all good news and praying hard something changes soon🙌🏼🙌🏼 case was first at NSC now at NBC anyone else going through same thing or any other updates please share

How long should my case status be updated after responding medical RFE?
I got the medical RFE on Aug. 7 and responded on Aug 24th. The fedex mentioned FO received on Aug. 25th. However, my case is never updated. (It still shows fp recieved). My PD is just current this month and I am not sure whether USCIS will start to process my case immediately since it was not current last month. (PD is June 2022). Anyway, I am really nervous about the unchanged status since I am afraid that they didn't receive my RFE and deny my case consequently.
The RFE is sent from and to EI paso FO, and no any update from online status. Emma just replies template to me. Feel helpless this moment.
