Hi All,
I finally got my I-131 approved (290 days in TX) based on my EB2 NIW approval.
While all my family members received the same, my son didn't receive one.
After checking the issue, I discovered a typo in his application. The typo was visible in Form I-797C (receipt notice).
I highly recommend checking your details on the receipt notice!

Hello everyone, is getting approved for I-765 and I-131 for the primary applicant while still seeing only “fees were waived” for the spouse is common?
Our application is eb3 skilled and we both submitted our documents at the same time and done biometrics on the same day.

Had my interview yesterday
Good morning y’all, I had my i485 interview yesterday. I was asked my name, DOB, if I was inspected by an officer coming to the US which was yes. Then she proceed to ask how I met my wife and if I was divorce and I gave her the divorce document. Then she asked my kids age and I made some corrections about dates on my form. Then she went to yes or no question and made me sign at the end and she said “She will check if any red flag and if there’s none she will send me a favorable decision”. So patiently waiting on their decisions 😉
Hello. I checked my online account and in the documents section it appears that my work permit was approved but I didn't get any notification and nothing changed in this app, I don't know. Help me!

No Satus Updated after i-751 interview
THe case has been transfered to othe USCIS office after interviewing. The attorney said the process was quite smooth and the GC will be issued very soon. But the case statu is stuck on the case transfered and no any updating since April. the 48 months GC extention will be expired on Nov. Anybody has same situation ?
