yes, I did. And USCIS give me resolved my issue in two weeks. this is a very efficient way to expedite the process but it will cost you a lot.

you can sue on your own, and much cheaper, my friend did it, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is channel Immigration Aid helping out people.
