my ceac changed from refused to ready after a second interview
i did my second interview for eb3 and after the officer asked me almost the same questions he took the passports and he said we will put you in administrative processing for few weeks.
and when I checked the ceac status it changed from refused to ready ,
is there any explanation what is going on ? is this a good sign?

why do they ask for 2nd interview??

because i did the first interview more than a year and i went through AP and then the date was not current for awhile
