I need your help!
Long story short:
After the last interview my case was sent back to USCIS by the consular officer for another review, (my fault - I didn't do the taxes for few months where I was working there. Meanwhile I solve them). Since then (August 2022), my case was reaffirmed by USCIS on Jun 2023, and them mailed back to the Department of State, on Jul 5. Now the problem starts because I tried to reach the NVC to ask them about the file and what should I do next, and they told me they already sent the case back to USCIS. Then, I called the USCIS to ask them about the file, and they updated me: the file was sent back to DOS few days ago (at the moment of asking).
Then I tried to reach NVC again. I told them what USCIS told me, and as an answer they gave me an update FROM 2022. That's crazy. I don't know what to think about this.
Is anyone here in a similar situation? Do you have any advices? What to expect next?

First, I applied from the US but then I had to go back in my country Moldova, so I also moved the file through the Embassy of Moldova.
I already reached live assistance through Emma, and the agent sent to USCIS a request for a normal time processing.. After few days I received an email from USCIS they saying the file was already sent from them to the DOS and any questions that I have should be addressed to DOS.

couple weeks ago I ask USCIS what it’s my last update and they told me that is shows Administrative processing, and until now they don’t ask for any documents from me🤷🏻♂️

a couple weeks ago, and they told me that they cannot do anything until they receive a confirmation letter from USCIS, and in app my confirmation was on 05june 🤦🏻♂️
