@jane doe do you have your ead already? I think this process is very painful
Geo CastellonOct 10, 2023
@jane doe I don’t have nothing 💀
davis Lee-Chang Oct 11, 2023
@Geo Castellon did they approved your Ead?
Tavo BenitezNov 1, 2023
your case has been taking way too long. Have you spoken to your attorney? That’s unbelievable. Your attorney should have sued immigration already.
Geo CastellonNov 1, 2023
@Tavo Benitez ik bro atp idk what to do, my attorney told me if I don’t get anything by November to let her know, I think is time to call her, one more thing do you think as a sij we prolly gon get a combo card or the separate?
Tavo BenitezNov 1, 2023
if you apply for a combo card, then you should be able to get a combo card. I think that if you want advance parole, it is always important to have supporting documentation that states the reason as to why you need to leave the country. So, that’s one way to get advance parole.
Tavo BenitezNov 1, 2023
if you didn’t file for both applications, then you won’t get a combo card unless you told your attorney. I never got the chance to apply for advance and didn’t do it when I got my work permit, either.
Geo CastellonNov 2, 2023
@Tavo Benitez well I think she did both I-131 and I-765. She messed up and is her fault because I wonder why she didn’t file after may 2022 cause my pd was current idk bro this is crazy I wish I could have the ead already at least you know
Tavo BenitezNov 2, 2023
I get what you’re saying. Hopefully your turn comes sooner than expected.
Geo CastellonNov 3, 2023
@Tavo Benitez bro I received a letter this morning RFE for medical what do you think?
Tavo BenitezNov 3, 2023
that’s good news, bro. When I recieved my RFE, I had had been a work permit holder for about a year and 6 ‘months, but it may mean something else, you’ll probably get your green card soon after they recieve your RFE.
Tavo BenitezNov 3, 2023
Also, get your RFE done as soon possible, don’t send the day they’re supposed to recieve it. So, send it at least 10 days before they’re supposed to recieve it.

@Tavo Benitez bro Covid vaccines is obligation?
Tavo BenitezNov 4, 2023
Yes, it is. By the way, if you have a primary care provider, it’ll be a lot cheaper. So, take all the vacinnes with your doctor, and before you go to the USCIS physician, you should call them if they receive the tuberculosis, gonnorhea, and syphilis tests because it’ll be a lot cheaper for you if you take it with your PCP and then you take all the tests and vaccines required to the USCIS physician.
Geo CastellonNov 4, 2023
do you have an idea how many dosis they need?
Geo CastellonNov 4, 2023
@Tavo Benitez
Tavo BenitezNov 4, 2023
I think it’s 2
Tavo BenitezNov 4, 2023
Look up the form I-693, and it’ll show you which vaccines are required.
Tavo BenitezNov 4, 2023
you can show the form to your primary care provider, and he’ll administer the vaccines you’re missing, if any are missing. Your doctor will know which vaccines you need when she/he looks at the chart of vaccines.
Geo CastellonNov 4, 2023
@Tavo Benitez thanks for the info bro I appreciate it, let’s see what happens 🫡
Tavo BenitezNov 4, 2023
don’t be nervous! You should look up more information about the exam, so you’re prepared. It is important to understand what it entails.
