November 2022, my wife submitted my I-130 on my behalf. Dec 2022, I received a messaged stating that USCIS was actively reviewing my case. I just assumed that they gave me the recognition that they received my case and I did not hear anything after that. WELLLLL… Today Oct 9, 2023 I received the same notification that someone is actively reviewing my case. Does this mean the ball is rolling?
