Yesterday received a notification saying 'Being Actively Reviewed' for the second time.
How much time does the I130 approval take after this and then how long is it taking for the NVC approval and interview scheduling?

AOS for K-1 Visa
Hello does anyone have a similar case. I petitioned for my husband in 2021 with a k-1 visa. He’s now in the U.S. and we filed the adjustment of status and it’s been nearly 7 months and still no update. How long is the AOS for K-1 visa taking? How could I get an idea of what dates are they approving?

after interview
hi friends, I took my interview 7 days ago, for me was everything ok, Atlanta office, seconds review on i130 and i485 same day of interview. nothing change on docs. any one has a clue when we will have a answer?

this is overwhelming
reading these posts and seeing people that jus applied this year getting approve soo quickly and then I see people talking about they been waiting for years 😩😩😩 it give me anxiety cause I don’t know what going to happen with my case . can only hope and pray . praying that y’all get approvals soon . 🙏🏾this is not for the weak!
EAD APPROVED
I received biometrics appointment for mid September but I managed to do walk in today, as soon as I submit my fingerprint case turned to AR. I just checked my USCIS account and find my EAD Approval notice under the documents of my EAD application. I sent my case completed with medicals on august 7 and received notices on august 14th.

10 months since Medical RFE was sent
10 months and counting since rfe for medicals was sent. my last update was this received back and July which stated “ Our records indicate that this application remains pending at the Baltimore Field Office and has been assigned to an officer for adjudication. Your constituent should expect their application to be adjudicated in the next 60 days.”
whole process is fustrating .. case going on almost 3 years . Anyway has any one this kind of message ?
5 days since second actively revieing
It's been 5 days since I received a second actively reviewing on my case. I checked my account there are no documents for RFE, no Interview notice. nothing. I wish I understood what the problem is and why we haven't been approved. 2 years and no I-130 approval or I-485 approval. 2 fucking year's of stress.
medical exam
Hey everyone,
I got an RFE on my case a year ago for my medical exam. since then the case has remained pending and I know the medical examination is only valid for one year. once my priority date becomes current again will they send a another RFE for a new medical examination?
just want to know so I can make an appointment ahead of time
Use EAD while pending I-485
I’m still on my F1 status and recently I got my EAD and AP approval. If I use the EAD, does it terminate my non-immigrant status? Or can I terminate before utilize the EAD?
I emailed my DSO and they said I’m allowed to work off-campus and “However, there is nothing for you to update with us yet. Not until your U.S. EB-3 green card case is approved by USCIS. Until then, please do your best to continue maintaining your active F-1 status.” This kind made me confused about whether I need to maintain F1 status
