Congratulations @N A . very happy for you. I have a question. Did you submit your actual degree certificate(s) alone or you submitted official academic transcripts and evaluated transcripts?

@FlyHigh ❤️ we did everything through our lawyers. we send everything they asked for scanned documents. and they send everything to get transcript. we are doing consular processing out of the US. that way why did everything through our lawyers.

@Ah Ga Oh Wow!! 😯 that's odd. I wouldn't know why ours was already approved and your hasn't. but yeah it could be the Fact that this is consular processing. Or maybe the Officer you case was assigned to works a little slower or analysing it even more and planing to ask for RFEs. Who knows really. 🤷 my husband and I were very surprised that we got an answer so soon with no RFEs. I wish you the best and do hope you and a positive response soon. 🙏🤞

@FlyHigh ❤️ I wouldn't know. we don't qualify for AOS since our process is consular we are still it our home country. I hope that we can get notified by NVC soon and the the PD on the Visa bulletin move a little faster. 🤞🙏

@N A si claro con gusto..los 6 pasos son los que aprueba el NVC. como van ustedes?

@DD San pues la semana pasada fue que supimos que habíamos sifmdo aprobados gracias a está App y a otra app. pero los abogados no nos dijeron nada al día siguente los contacte y nos corroboron que si habíamos sido aprobados porque en la página de USCIS dice. pero también dice que ese estaba enviando la aprobación e instrucciones y que si no llegan para el 25 de Oct. que contactemos a USCIS. pero pues hasta ahora no hemos recibido nada. 🥹

@N A sii es que necesita que llegue por correo el documento para seguir el siguiente paso.. asi estaba yo de ansiosa pero llegará pronto el documento no se preocupen. también les llegara a ustedes por correo igual que a su firma de abogados.

@N A hola buenas noches. como te fue con la recepción de la notificación de aprobación? cuánto tiempo tardo en llegar? ya tienes la carta de bienvenida del NVC?

@Cristhian Mora si nuestro PD es Junio 29 2023 y en 103 fue aprobado el caso. a poco tiempo recibimos la carta de aceptación hicimos los 6 pasos y ayer recibimos la aprobación de los 6 pasos y los documentos ahora sí solo estamos esperando el visa buly con nuestra fecha para que nos den cita en el consulado de México

Nebraska. se ENVIÓ a Texas inicialmente pero ellos lo transferirieron a Nebraska

@Cristhian Mora a nosotros nos pasó igual. se había enviado a Texas y de Texas se envió a Nebraska. 103 días después recibimos la notificación de aprobación.
