I normally find the document the next day after getting the email so give it until the morning

sometimes it takes a day or 2 update

you can also just call them or ask Emma

I ended up chatting with a live agent and may I just say they are quite rude lol. they said “There has been no action taken and there are no updates to provide at this time” then ended the chat

I woke up to EAD approval under the documents tab! 😁 Thank you all for your responses and recommendations. I hope we all get our approvals soon 🙌🏼

@EANR 13 I saw mines under documents lastnight aswell, and got 2 more messages and emails again this morning say action taken but not sure for what this time🙏🏾

@EANR 13 any update? I think something is wrong with the system because I get 2 more messages about action taken and nothing changes…so this is my 3rd day receiving this emails and messages.

@God over everything🙏🏾 Bless no updates on my end either. I also received two emails also. I’m starting to think that it may be the system putting in that the EAD card is being produced or something. I went to the social security administration yesterday and they said my social card has already been produced. maybe these emails were getting is that? 🤷🏻‍♀️

yup. same for me as far the online por ta goes. I have received my social security card yesterday. still waiting on the EAD. Have you gotten yours yet?

thank you. yes, mine updated to card produced. I went to the local social security office and they told me Uscis has already sent them the information needed to produce a social security card and then I got it in the mail. If you haven’t received yours yet I would say look at your application that you submitted and see if you checked the box that authorized them to relay the info to the social security administration. if not maybe go to your local office and apply for one. just make sure you take your approval notice with you
