I think you might have gotten the wrong medical exam? Mine was about 10 page (I don't really remember), but it's an official form from the USCIS basically they doctor either have you printed out ahead of time, or when you check in. after it's done, they should give you a sealed envolope with the paperwork inside that you include it with your I-130 &485 package.

you shouldn’t be able to see any signature. the doctor will give it to u sealed only for uscis to open it. it costs about 500 to 1k dollars depending on what vaccines ur medical insurance can cover. go to google and type uscis civil surgeon. it’s gonna take u to the page. put in ur address or zip code and it will show u all doctors near u that can do it for u.

i guess that’s what’s confusing us. he did a medical exam in Juarez for his k1 process. but they only gave him a sealed envelope that the embassy kept and didn’t give back. it stayed with all the sealed documents that he turned in when he entered the US on the k1 visa. everything I read said he shouldn’t have to do another one but idk what we could’ve provided to show he already did one in July 2023. ☹️ we haven’t received an RFE yet but I’m worried we will and won’t know what to provide.

We did the same thing. we just had to certify the vaccine portion only in the usa

thank you @David Boling fingers crossed we turned in everything we should’ve. we sent his foreign vaccine record along with the transcribed one from Texas to show the new vaccines he got here.

@Lizzette Quinonez We had the same scenario and I was so confused. My fiance (now husband) was given a sealed package that he turned into customs upon arrival in US. We had vaccinations completed under health insurance and then paid a civil surgeon to verify those. He did give us a second sealed envelope that we just sent off with our AOS package. We are hoping this works and nothing else is needed.
