PD current
For AOS to be approved , PD have to be current at what stage.
I did concurrent filing for I-140 and I-485 and for the first three months, my country of birth PD was current and after that it retrrogressed.
is there any chances of getting GC or I need to wait till the time it’s current. I have the biometrics done, I-140 approved and EAD approved!
Any experiences/ thoughts?

your priority date has to be current on the final action chart to get the GC

same doubts for me..
@T. G. to follow up on the previous question… PD has to be current on which day? @D J’s PD was current for a few months but 485 wasn’t processed during those months. now it’s retrogressed… will the 485 be considered current and will it be processed because the PD as current for a few months?
suggestion .. check with Emma is your case retrogressed or not.
