my i539 got denied due to abandonment,went for biometrics on 1st may, got RFE on 19th July missed the mail,no physical mail bcz dso left school,21st aug denial notice on id,i290 on 25th aug with Rfe.
how long should I wait to hear back from uscis? status becomes illegal from 22nd aug,need only 20days to finish training. I already have a airline pilot job in india.I mailed my i290b instead of uploading it on my online account.
travel with combo card while i485 nd i130 pending
hellow i nned help if someone related . my pd is august 2022 did my bio in September 2022 nd in September i got rfe for i485 regarding spouse income we submitted rfe in a time . after that in jun 2023 i got approved for combo card . so many question is i am gona travel to my home country in couple of weeks . in uscis online account says rfe successfully submitted but didn’t got any response since now . i talk with agent so many times they only says ur case is in normal proceeding nd ur interview been waved back in august 2022 . so is it safe for me to travel with combo card ? thanks for opinions

chatting with Emma with regards to where I-485 is processing
Guys I need your input with regards to chatting with Emma where I-485 is. I been talking to Emma for past two weeks to find out where my I-485 is processing but I get mix answer everytime. One agents says it’s processing at my local field office then I chat with another one to confirm they say it’s still at NBC. That happened to me multiples times.
what is your experience and where you able to confirm location?

Hey everyone,
If I cancel my asylum application through the court after receiving my VAWA green card,and travel to home country,would I be denied citizenship later on when I apply?
I have been reading that doing so may complicate citenshhip.

does anyone know if the published timeframes on the NVC website are accurate?
it’s week #2 of them refreshing the timeframes and it says they’ve been working on cases received on July 19th for 2 weeks straight

I-485J filed - How long is the wait?
After 180 days of I-140 approval and more than 650 days of pending I-485, I decided to transfer the underlying petition from another company by filing I-485J. My case was transferred to different offices several times.

My concern is: I wish they could work a bit faster with the cases specially with people in Haiti Because things are getting worse there and a lot of innocent are being victims😔
