RFE FOR BACCALAUREATE DEG. & 5 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE
Hello Guys, I got an RFE last week saying I have met all three prongs for my NIW case but that I need to provide evidence of baccalaureate degree and letters of 5 years post-degree work experience.
Unfortunately, I can't get/retrieve my bachelor's deg cert from my university. What do you suggest I do to get the RFE sorted. I have my unofficial transcripts though?

Hello beautiful people,
we submitted our form I-824 recently for a simple mistake in our form I-130. USCIS took almost a month to send us the receipt notice after paper filing through lockbox.
Our I-130 was processed in Potomac (took 11 months) so our I-824 is being processed there too. Does anyone has experience from Potomac filing i-824 for spouse to notify NVC only ?

How to do expedite I-485 by Senator
Hello all, I hope you are fine. I am willing to expedite my I-485 by reaching out to Senators but I am not sure how to approach. Is there anybody who did this before? Would you mind sharing your experience and process? Also, is there any difference in Senators inquiry and expedited request? My wife is wanting to start a PhD but she can’t proceed due to our pending I-485. Would this be a good reason to expedite the case? Thank you.
Proving nonimmigrant status RFE i-485
Hi everyone,
Pls advise. I received an RFE for my EB3 i-485 asking to submit evidence that I maintained nonimmigrant status for a specific period of time before I applied i-485. The thing is by that time my another i-485 for EB2 NIW was pending and I have all receipts and everything.
So can I use those EB2 niw receipts as my legal status proof?
USCIS sending notices to old address
I had updated my address with USCIS for my pending cases over 3 months ago using their online form AR-11. However, after I had an update to my advance parole application last week, USCIS sent the notice to my old address. Since I had mail forwarding setup with US Postal Service, I thankfully ended up receiving the notice at my new address eventually. Has anyone else been in this situation wherein USCIS has still been sending notices to your old address and what did you do to verify if USCIS has your correct address in their system?

Final action dates across most employment-based visa categories have advanced, reflecting new visa numbers available for FY-2024. Date advancements reflect an intention to keep visa issuance within quarterly limits in accordance with INA sections 201(a)(2) and 203(g), with potential date advancements throughout the fiscal year. However, actual date movements will be dependent on visa demand and issuance patterns throughout FY-2024.
Can somebody explain or predict for the future should be ? I was disappointed and no hope at all
When do you expect the status to change TO APPROVED?
We had our case interviewed on Sept 14 through my U.S. Citizen son. Everything went well and at the end of the interview the officer hinted and congratulated us for the approval. I am getting anxious to not see an update right after. Is this normal?!! If still says case scheduled for interview.

Can I apply for student visa , if my f2b I -130 is pending?
f2b is taking longer and longer so I wanted know if there any possibility of rejection on student visa. My pd is 2021 June, according to visa bulletins it probably takes 8 - 10 years. So I wanted to apply for student visa, any chance of rejection due to f2b I-130 processing? help.
