that was fairly quick to get mine approved.. no i765 or i131 for my wife and kids yet.. hopefully that will come soon so we can travel to Canada to see family again.

taking longer than expect
my wife filed my case in the state but she did it by herself and submitted it but I don't know if there is a problem we filling it by ourself without the aid of a lawyer or agent but everything was filled normally and proper , the only message we got was on April 26 2023 why the case was filed April 15 2022. .. the message was they needed some more evidence about our paper work and my wife added them up with the receipt immediately but since then we haven't heard anything from them .. moreover it was at texas service center please I need help from anyone here please people should update me if there is any problem filling it by ourself without lawyer or agent . thanks

My case just hit 1 year mark. I never thought it would be this long… I’m still waiting for EAD 😭😭
I’ve seen many people got approved their EAD within 6 months. This is so unfair 😤
