This wait is making me sick. It’s been over a month since they received my medical RFE response. case is still at NBC. I only received my EAD in June and that’s all. I’m tired of waiting and I haven’t seen my family in a year.

Consular process traveling from the US
Hello everyone. just wandering if anyone went trough the consular interview process to get immigration visa who was traveling from the United States to US embassy? I’m gettin Labor certificate soon and will need to travel. talked to couple of different lawyers and they said it’s safe to travel but still want to discuss details if someone already went through this process. thanks
i think I messed up. I asked to send my affidavit of support along with medicals. my husband decided that we should upload the affidavit of support online and send medicals through the post office.
now I’m confused, when I read up on it says we had to send everything together through mail or upload everything through mail. but my civil surgeon said we can open the medicals we have to send it straight to USCIS and not upload it online. I’m so confused on what to do

k3
any thoughts on whether the k3 would be a red flag if you’ve only been married a few months before filing the i130 to begin with. I’m usc and keep hearing about the k3 being used to jump the line but worried it might put my 130 in jeopardy for denial because we’ve only been married 2 months. any one have a similar situation and still filed the k3? any success with k3 speeding up the process?
Expedite Lagos Nigeria
Does anyone know how long it takes to get a response from the Lagos state Nigeria embassy for an expedite request? we submitted one through our congressman to NVC as we just DQ and NVC stated it's been forwarded to the embassy and will let us know what the embassy decides. it's been two weeks, and nothing yet. anyone with previous or similar experience? any information will be helpful. thanks! Someone had the I140 request denied, and consequently the I485 that was active appeared denied , what did your lawyer advise you? I made a motion for the I140 which has not yet been analyzed (it was sent within the deadline 93 days ago) and a motion for the I485 which was denied!
