Vawa - working with out work permit/ taxes
I’m just trying to get help, please help. since I entered in USA, I worked illegally and never paid taxes, I needed to work to survive. I know this is not right, but I was under a marriage process and my old attorney ALWAYS told me that was OK and I just will pay taxes once I received my work permit/ssn. I open a corporate on 2020 to receive the payments. I starred my vawa and now I’m very worried if I should do something, if my case can be denied because of the taxes and working without workpermit. I had some appointments with accountings and 1 told me samething, JUST START pay taxes after recieve my work permit/ssn. another one, told me to close the Corporate ASAP bc my proccess can be denied . Please help, I can keep working normally and just pay taxes once receive my WP? Or Should I forget the past 3 years and start pay now?. I want to do everything right and I always had bad experiences with professionals. thanks in advance. #vawa #taxes

My wife is from Mexico and On July 21 2023 I recived an email from NVC that all of my documents were approved and I just had to wait for the appointment date.... does anyone know how long does it take? its almost 2 months from it.... can I hera your experience from this point and beyond? #ir1
Do I need to translate the documents I submit for expedite request?
Hi everyone, when I submit my supportive documents for expedite request, such as hospital diagnosis papaers in a Japanese language, can I submit them directly without translating all the documents into English?

just called uscis today to expedite the EAD card . the representative advised me to upload the job offer letter if possible
I have a degree in computer science and also have work experience in the USA
I have been getting lots of staffing agencies job advertisements over the email
I’m confused how to get the offer letter or should I just upload the emails I’m getting from staffing agencies

I 485 Actively Review since July 26 2023
However, I am still waiting for the Advance Parole.
It is showing 1 week under my progress.
Any Idea for this delay?

Mandamus Motion to dismiss granted
hi,
Today I got a call from my lawyer says that my Mandamus case got dismissed. I wanna let you know guys out there thinking to do the Mandamus, I personally think that it's not worth to pay that much money to spend for this. All we have to do is waiting. Wait for USCIS to make a decision and hope for the best🙁
