hey I just submitted RFE i485 BACK IN March and they receive it and then they ask RFE for i130 which I submitted last month august and they change the status that they received and same day status change for i130 that USCIS IS BEING REVIEWED YOU CASE and also same day they ask RFE for i485 and it’s the same RFE that they ask me in March and when I go to my documents to see RFE and it’s the same RFE that they ask me and the Same date on it March so is that mistake from their end or what should I do?

Waited for a long time without any response. Reached out to Emma regarding the status couple months ago, and it might have triggered some queue. In few weeks EAD got approved and today I-485.

Delete my online USCIS account
please 🙏 I need advice. ever since I created my USCIS online account I have been trying to upload some of my unsolicited evidence but I don’t have provision for documents I can only see case status and case history please. can someone give me the guide lines to creat a new account after I delete my existing account to enable me open a new one so that I can be able to see my documents and as well upload some information.
USCIS RESPONSE TO CONGRESSMAN INQUIRY
Is this normal? I contacted my congressman to follow up on my application and here is the response from Uscis “Your case is processing normally. The earliest you can submit questions is December 01, 2024. Please do not contact us before this date. We will notify you if we need any additional information. We appreciate your patience while we review your case. Processing times may change – return to this page regularly for updates.” I filed 360 & 485 in February 2020, I wonder why they said I shouldn’t reach out until December 2024. Any one with such experience?
