@Asad abbas mi cases are gone too! just called USCIS and they can see them though, so must be a website malfunction

Same thing is happening. They say they are doing updates and some features may not be available.

Same thing happened to me too .. I called them and they told me that they are having a technical issue.. and the help desk gonna send me an email to fix everything within a week
