Citizen applying for a sibling who is married. How long does it take to get the Visa/GC ?
Sister is citizen applying for brother who is married & have no children yet. Applying for them Sibling Family Visa to get Green Card. How many years will this process take. I hear 5 to 10 years, is that right ? Does anyone have the overall processing time.

it could also take up to 15-16 years. .

2 - 15 Years depending on your Country. Almost all Asia and Mexico take long time as they have high number of applicants. Some Countries take them few Years as they have lower applicat numbers. When you apply upload all the necessary documents to avoid REF and additional delays. Good Luck.
