NVC processing
I just submitted my documents to NVC on september 1st and checked to see the NVC time processing. I kept track last week and this week and each week it went up 11 days. So by next week i think that they should reach the cases that submitted their documents around end of aug early sep. Does NVC match exactly with the time processing info it has online or does it take longer?
Thank God Almighty, finally Greened. 3 years +
Thank God Almighty. Long process, but took it with patience. 3 years roughly for i140 EB2 NIW Texas, and 5 months after that for Green card. Applied concurrently with my wife, we got it at the same time. No interview. Received card 9 days after the announcement of “your card is being produced”
Because 2 years had passed since our medicals, we got a RFE for medicals and we quickly and gladly repeated them, because we knew it was the prelude for approval. Received approval after two weeks of receipt by USCIS.
At some point I raised a service request, but received the typical generic response as everybody else.
The i485 case remained in Texas all the time until the I140 approval, after a few days it moved to the National Benefits Center and when we received the RFE for medicals we noticed it came from California. The case never updated about the transfer to California, and never updated about the RFE for medicals or receipt of the RFE.
There was no premium processing at the time of applying back in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic.

Interview ready to be scheduled
Is there any people waiting for the interview to be scheduled? I have been waiting it to be scheduled since Apr. 2023. My PD is not current though. Case is currently at Seattle FO. Wonder if any people has the same issue. Any experience with expediting the interview process?
If IOE (filed electronically) which field is it?
Good afternoon ambitious and brave people!
(every immigrant by default 🙂).
I have a question:
AOS based on marriage to USC (K1 visa arrival) was filed electronically in April 2023 (National Benefit Center).
We moved from Tennessee to Miami Florida. I’ve changed address, it was completed.
but I’m still confused on the part which field office is processing my application now. Is it still NBC or for applications filed electronically is something different?
Also do I need to check visa bulletins or it is not applicable to AOS marriage to USC based from K1.
Thank you all for responding 🙏
