I received notification they received July 20th the next day after I sent now it says received today. Anyone know why?? It’s been 60 days

RFE for mother - respond online??
I received a rfe for bilingual birth certificate, the notice first line says " this notice contains your unique number. the original notice must be submitted with the requested evidence " , I applied online, I received physical letter and downloaded it online as well . can I respond online? I don't know what's the unique number ? but there is like bar code on every page of the letter and the cover page as well, let me know if anyone received something similar?????

My ead and travel documents approved 4 months ago but I didn’t start working for my employer yet.I am thinking about traveling to my country next month. it is safe to travel before starting to work with employer (I didn’t use my work permit for any other job as well)? any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Green card finally approved! 💚🎉
I wanted to share my experience with you guys! I first applied early 2019 and had my I 140 denied months later, so I reapplied early 2020 and again they denied my I140 months later. So, early of 2021, I applied again (3rd time) and never heard from them until Dec/2022, so almost 2 years. I received a RFE; in the mean time from 2019 to 2022, I was basically renewing my EAD so I could maintain my status and continue to work. Back to RFE: I was so exhausted and tired of this whole process of my I140’s being denied… but I had a goal!!! So I worked really hard to prepare all my documents and everything they asked. I received 10 pages of RFE. I used all the time they allowed to respond (almost 5 months). I submitted everything end of April of 2023 and in June I finally received an approval of my I140. I couldn’t believe it! so happy! after that, everything went well and really fast. I received a RFE for medicals in the end of August (on the letter they asked me to send everything to them asap so they could still consider me for this fiscal year that ends now in the end of September). so I sent my response on September 5th and on September 13th I finally got my green card approved without an interview! I’m so happy and I decided to share my experience because anything is possible. I could only get an approval on my 3rd time trying! btw, I have a lawyer, didnt do by myself! but as you know, most of the work is up to us! So, dont give up! it took me 4,5 years since I first applied to finally get my green card approved!!!!

NVC case creation
For the last 3-4 weeks NVC timline shows “Current case creation time frame: we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 19-Jul-23.”
They been stuck on 19-July-2023 since 3-4 weeks whats going on is this accurate? Haven’t recieved my welcome letter even after a month!
