no priority date on receipt notice
for recent filers who received receipt notice, was your priority date on the receipt notice? I just received them and all of mine (i360, 485, 765 and 131) has no PD.
I did filed i130, 485, 131 and 765 in the past but they have been withdrawn before I submitted my vawa petition so they don’t exist anymore.

no priority date shown on receipt. just know the received date on your receipt is your priority date. unless you have a priority date from a previously filed marriage based application then I believe you can ask them to apply that date.

@E E @manny pop thank you for replying. I filed marriage gc petitions with 131 and 765 but they have been withdrawn before I applied for Vawa. can I still ask to change PD? and how can I ask?
