Google “congressman xx (city you live in)” Then you can find a congressman that has an office in your area. I searched my congressman and submitted a help request through their website.

They sent an inquiry to USCIS and got a reply 3 weeks later. It was just like template message and I’m still waiting for my EAD…they didn’t help at all... Cangressman also files expedite request for you if you meet the criteria.
