i90 replacement
Hi everyone,
I submitted my i90 for green card on Jun 2023, and got biometrics reuse and a notice that the case is being actively reviewed on the same day. After that, no any updates longer than 3 months. Anyone similar issue with me?
Any suggestion or timeline Is appreciated.

Hello Everyone I’m new to the community!! I wanted to know how long it took for approvals.
so far my experience,
my priority date june 27,2023 ( that’s my lawyer submitted it)
June 27 2023- submitted GC application
July 06 2023- received an email saying “we have taken action on your case, sign in to your account to view your case status.”
July 13 2023- received Uscis notice of action. Form I-797 (they are processing my request, petition. Not approval. Will use my fingerprints from previous Daca).
July 15, 2023- received 4 envelopes one for husband and three for me letting us know they are currently processing the case.

Hey guys! I got a notification that my I-130 & I-485 are being actively reviewing. We checked my husband documents tab and found the approval notice for I-130. How long does it take to get the I-485 approved? 🥹🥹🥹

Stem OPT pending. Can I apply for Adjustment of status?
I have a question about filing my I-485.
I have an approved i-140.
The USCIS has indicated that we can use the filing date to file in October. The filing date's limit is 1Jan23 and my processing date is 19Dec22, meaning I can apply for the adjustment of status in October.
I applied for stem opt 63 days ago and i am still waiting for it to be approved. I am in the 180 days stem period while waiting for approval.
My question is that if my stem opt is not approved before October, is it still okay to apply for the adustment of status? Will putting in the I-485 cause my stem opt application to be rejected?
I was thinking that since premium processing is available for stem opt (30 days to give decision) and i don't want to risk losing my ability to work and support my family, will it be a wise decision to quickly put in a premium processing request on 18th Sept and hope to get the approval latest by 18th Oct, then I can file the I-485 by 20th October? Please let me know what you think. Thank you.

I have received emails “we have taken an action on your case” for 2 days in a row
First time I got my combo card approved, the second time, nothing updated till now(5days).
Does anyone have the same experience like me?
Any advice of next steps?
