How long is the process time?
Hello,
My PD is nov 15 2021, I got my ead and i-131 approved. I sent medical and i got “RFE received” notification on lawfully app on May 4, 2023. Since its been more than 3 months that i send medical and still no response. Has anyone gone through this situation and how long does it take them for making decision.
599 Days and still no EAD or TPS
At this point I’m just defeated, it’s been 599 days nobody should have to wait this long just to get an answer to if they can work or not. It’s like they want people to just give up. almost 2 years of waiting and still nothing.

Hello everyone, Please I want to make an enquiry. I got my wife’s case approved recently and we are currently at the NVC stage. I am filling out the i864 and it is saying I should attach a tax transcript from the most recent year. However, I could not file my 2022 taxes as i was in Nigeria most of this year with my wife. How would i go about resolving this issue and filling out the form correctly? Please I’ll be waiting for responses and thank you.

I know to take everything with a grain of salt but, does this mean my hubby will be approved soon? Has anyone else heard something similar from an agent and then gotten approved?

so my husband and I filed I-765 and I-131 on the same day. even though he is a dependent on my case, he got both of his approved before me, and I only got I-131 approved. funny enough i previously had EAD from my OPT, he did not, but somehow mine is not ready and his is.
the question is: if and how can i inquire about my I-765?
After submitting the RFE for form I-485 (form I-864 and I-693 are requested) how long does it take to get the approval or the interview?

Approval notice (adj of status or consular processing?)
my case just got approved today!
I’m applying for consular processing given that I am living in Brazil, but my approval notice states the following:
“The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the beneficiary wishes to apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident. They should submit a copy of this notice, along with a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. The beneficiary can obtain Form I-485 from the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov, by contacting the USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283, or by visiting the local USCIS field office. Filing address information can be found on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov.
If the beneficiary decides to apply for an immigrant visa outside the United States based on this petition, you should file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, to request that we send the petition to the U.S. Department of State National Visa Center (NVC).
The NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that require consular action. The NVC also determines which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. It will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.
The NVC will contact the beneficiary of this petition with further information about immigrant visa processing steps.”
Does that mean that my lawyers mistakenly filed as adjustment of status? or is this a standard notification?
