i-140 was rejected under EB 2NIW if you file an appeal, what are the chances that it will be approved?

I heard if you have a good reason for the appeal and you think it was a mistake you can do it but it will take longer that reapply for a new case and it will be revised for a new official

was is denied or rejected? if denied you can check USCIS statistics for appeal success on USCIS website and it's about 1-2% for appeal to be sustained and about 10% to be remanded.
