when you go on your account to review your case, under the document tab, at the very bottom it says uploaded documents, follow the instructions there.

do you have an online account set up? if so you can go to the documents tab and upload unsolicited evidence. did you receive an online code to make an online account when you first applied?

@desmond Ade I didnt know what to do either so I resent it thru mail then they received it, but then again I didn’t know what the unsolicited evidence for so now I know.
