@mateo mateo @Ricardo Bahia they cannot revoke your 140 anymore. you have options.. go to another employer on the same category ( supplement J ) if you are bdv client they can explain you better, it’s very easy, or work just part time for the sponsor and get another job in something else.

@Ricardo Bahia after 180 days I don’t think so. if the sponsor fires you for no reasonable motivation I’m pretty sure bdv will help you to find another sponsor. they don’t have to file the supplement J and send it to uscis. it’s just in case you receive a RFE or interview

Sponsor can file to USCIS to revoke but USCIS cannot revoke if your i485 has been pending for more than 180 days. BDV might not help you to transfer before 1 year. just find another employer in same category, file i485 J and keep with yourself. if you got your interview scheduled layer then bring that in interview. no need to submit USCIS before that.

@Ricardo Bahia At first place you are supposed to work after GC not after EAD. second you can leave sponsor after 180 days of pending i485. since you applied through unskilled visa you should work for similar category. so need to look for similar work category and file i485J. keep it with them. In case they might ask you in an interview or any rfe regarding work.
