GREENED AT LAST!
Now my time has come🇺🇸! I’m still in cloud 9 to get this Good news! I’m officially Greened now! Yehey!
PD: 03/29/2023(Filed concurrently 130,485,765,131)
KANSAS FIELD OFFICE and entered B1/B2 overstayed 2 weeks.
I765: Approved 06/02/23
I131: Approved 07/19/23
Interview date for i-130 & i-485: 10/03/23 (it really went well and got verbal approval)
I130: Approved 10/04/23 (this time I was mixed emotion because they approve the i130 but my i485 is still “interview was scheduled” so I thought something is wrong or what so ever)
I485: Approved 10/16/23 (I chatted multiple EMMA agent and called the USCIS hotline multiple times to confirm the information I got from EMMA and they said yes it’s approved and the GC is in production and allow 30 days to deliver)
It really put me in tears after getting multiple confirmation that my case has been approved.
To all LGBTQ+ applicants here, please don’t be discourage. They process all the case the same process as traditional marriage. 🏳️🌈

@Anh Tran I never feel any intimidation or anything discriminatory act.
The interview is more likely having a casual talk trying to know our marriage history.
She asked us the usual questions like our full name and DOB, full address, parents name and if we have met each other family, when is our marriage date, when and where did we first met, when did our relationship start to be serious, who proposed, when and where did we celebrate our honeymoon, who attended the ceremony, and our current work since I was unemployed when I move here in US.
The interview for i-130 only lasted 15mins and another 15mins for i-485 then the another 30mins is more on casual talks.
nothing difference. they treat everything equal so nothing to worry about it

Hi congratulations! I went to my interview yesterday and the officer verbally approved me. he said by the end of the day I would see a change online. I was not given a pink paper and there’s no change online.
