@P J @Daisy Eb2 I actually contacted them on Monday and Tuesday it was approved. someone gave me the suggestion. so try to contact them at least two times, even if they tell you that it’s within normal processing. just be polite and see if it works. no harm in trying.

I assume your cases are currently on CRP right?

Dear @Great God did you use Emma chat or just call them ? if yes what did you tell them to talked we real agent? i have a problem to speak with real person at USCIS

@P J Chat Emma and type info pass, then make an info pass appointment. it will connect you to a live agent. you can politely tell them your pd is current and see what they say. then try chatting another agent. I believe this might prompt your case to be reviewed faster
