Finally approved!
Hello everyone!
It's been a long time waiting for the approval! It was really hard living far from my husband but yet I don't regret waiting together with children outside US.
The most interesting part is the following:
we got approved on September 25 and got Case number from NVC on September 29😬
I was thinking it's gonna take a month or so....lol
I wish every-every single one out there to be approved very soon! Wish you all happiness!

I don’t know who to talk to… I just received an extension of my prima facie it is valide until March 2024 😭😭
it’s almost been theee years I thought it would be approved before the end of this year… they mention “it is not expected that a final decision will be made before “ like come on how long I’m going to wait …. in desperate ……
F2A i-130 Approved.
Service Center is California and the I-130 for my son was approved in 125 days! The priority date is May 26 2023. I have another one for another son that was filed the same date and still pending.
I also have another one for another son that was filed earlier in April 2023 and still pending too.
I am a greencard holder and my category is F2A and there are no available greencards. So it will just wait as they are handling cases of 2019.
I will wait until I naturalize or if the green cards become available soon.

My PD was July 2020 unskilled adjustment of employment,
I did service request outside normal processing times . after 5 days uscis reply

I’m so happy to share my dad has been in removal proceedings since 2008 and the judge closed his case in November we applied to adjust his status in April and just got approved

wait time for appointment at embassy?
we got all our documents accepted yesterday and a email saying we will contact with the embassy Tunis Tunisia to get a interview scheduled and to wait to hear back from them with the scheduled appointment. how long did it take you guys to hear back from the nvc and how long did you have to wait for an appointment? I know it varies from person and depends on the embassy as well but I’m curious to know how long it took some of you. my priority date is current! my priority date is Dec 24 2022.
